Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect sustainable sleep solution through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the bedding and place it back into its original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
